Ottawa won its fourth straight game, defeating Kansas Wesleyan 45-19 last Friday night at AdventHealth Field. The Braves had 416 yards of offense, 75 rushing and 341 passing. Kansas Wesleyan finished the game with 279 yards of offense, 120 yards rushing and 159 yards passing.
In the win over Kansas Wesleyan,
Madysen Carrera rushed for 71 yards and one touchdown. She threw for 270 yards and five touchdowns.
Clara Beaudoin had seven receptions.

Courtney Wille had six receptions apiece. Orsborn finished with 105 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Abby Brown led OU with 12 tackles.
Alyssa Gillespie had six tackles and one sack.
Jennifer Anthony finished with five tackles and one interception.

Cottey College is 1-7 on the season and 0-6 in the KCAC. The Comets earned their first win of the season on March 16 at Milligan University. CC fell in its first game against MU, 7-6 but bounced back to take a 26-12 win over the Buffalos.
The Comets are on a two game losing streak with losses to Midland University on April 9, 60-0 and the University of Saint Mary on April 11, 52-0.
