Ottawa, KAN. - The Ottawa women's lacrosse team was selected to finish fourth in the Heart of America Athletic Conference Coaches' Poll released on Friday, January 31.
Benedictine was selected first with 64 points and eight first place votes. Missouri Baptist followed them in second with 57 points. St. Ambrose was third with 46 points, Ottawa was fourth with 44 points, and Culver-Stockton rounded out the top five with 34 points.
The Braves begin their 2025 campaign on Saturday, February 22 at Benedictine before hosting Webber International on Friday, February 28 at 3:30 PM for their home opener. They will play their first ever Heart Conference game on Thursday, March 6 at AdventHealth Field against Midland. That game will start at 4:00 PM.
