OTTAWA, Kan. – Ottawa University baseball player,
Jeremy Freeman, Jr., has been named KCAC Player of the Week the conference office announced on Monday afternoon.
Freeman, a senior outfielder from Chicago, Ill. hit .400, scored six runs, hit two doubles and one triple, drove in three runs, had a .800 slugging percentage, walked nine times, had a .733 on base percentage, and was 8-for-8 in stolen bases in OU four wins over Hastings College.
The Braves (4-0) returns to the diamond on Friday, February 7 against Central Baptist College in Conway, Ark. Game one is scheduled to start at 12:00 p.m.
