Topeka, KAN. - The Ottawa men's bowling team picked up a top five finish as they finished fourth at the Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge last weekend.
The Braves posted a 4,857 pinfall for five games on Saturday.
Joseph Enderle finished 21st with 994 pins for five games, and
Matthew Berg finished 24th with 986 pins for five games. After a 2,987 pinfall for 16 baker games to bring them to an overall total of 7,844 pins, Ottawa qualified fourth for the bracket. There, they beat Missouri Valley 2-1 in the quarterfinals before falling to eventual tournament champions Wichita State 1.5-2.5 in the semifinals.
