OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University men's lacrosse program is pleased to announce the signing of Tyler Schefter for the 2024 season. Garcia-Hockett is from Poolesville, Maryland, and attended Poolesville High School.

While at Poolesville, Schefter played football and lacrosse.

Schefter is the son of Sharon Schefter and Jesse McVay, and will major in engineering. Schefter played club for the Black Knights under coach Mike Dixon.
