Biography

2023-24: Newson finished first in her weight class, competing at William Jewell. She had a mark of 330lbs in squat, 159 in bench, and 308 in deadlift for a total of 799 pounds. Newson won the Women's Collegiate 198 class at the Oklahoma State Championship. She went 7-9 with a 303 squat, a 137 bench, and a 314 deadlift for a 755 total.
