Biography

Bethany College: Bender earned one letter in volleyball for Bethany College. She made her first varsity appearance for the Swedes against the University of Saint Mary.

High School: At Skyline High School, Bender earned four letters in volleyball and three in track. She helped the Thunderbirds to the 2011 and 2012 Kansas State 2A Volleyball Tournament in Emporia, Kan. Bender helped lead SHS to the 2010 Kansas State 1A Volleyball Tournament in Hays, Kan. 

Personal: Daughter of Shelly Lackey-Bender ... human services major. She is also a member of the OU women's volleyball team.
