Ottawa University

2023-24: Truex finished her first season as a Brave with a record of 18-9, competing in the 123 pound weight class. She had 13 falls and earned All-KCAC honors. Truex is tied for 18^th in the OU record book in single season top 20 victories (18), third in single season dual winning percentage (.785), is seventh in wins by a sophomore (18), and is second in single season wins in the 123 pound weight class (18).

Southwestern Oregon Community College: Truex wrestled at Southwestern Oregon CC for two years. She was an NJCAA National Finalist.

High School: Truex completed many accomplishments at Phoenix High School. She was part of the 2019 Conference Championship team and was four time Oregon All-Star Dual Team member. Truex was a four time Oregon State Champion. In 2020, she was the Wrestler of the State. Also, Truex was a US Open All-American.

Personal: Daughter of Billy and Mindy Truex…majoring in Physical Education…Truex is the youngest of four siblings. Her brother coached her in all four state finals matches. She is a coach and athlete with Northwest Wrestling Club.
