Biography

2023-24: As a freshman, competing in the 130 pound weight class, Hand finished with an overall record of 23-7 with 18 falls. She was the KCAC Champion in the 130 pound weight class, earned All-KCAC honors, and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament. Hand is eighth in the OU record book in top 20 season victories (23), fifth in single season winning percentage (.766), sixth in single season falls (18), fourth in wins by a freshman (23), and first in single season wins in the 130 pound weight class (23).

High School: Hand was the first girls four-time State Champion for the State of Oklahoma in women's wrestling. She was nominated for the All-State team by the Oklahoma Wrestling Coaches' Association. Hand ended the high school season nationally ranked at no. 17 for 117lbs by USA wrestling.
