2023-24: As a freshman, Arrington competed in the 191 and the 170 weight class. She finished with an overall record of 22-19, at 191 pound had a record of 19-16, and a record of 3-3 in the 170 pound weight class. Arrington qualified for the NAIA National Tournament in the 170 pound weight class and she earned All-KCAC honors. Her 22 wins are tied for ninth in the OU record book in top 20 season victories, she is tied for seventh in single season falls (17), fifth in wins by a freshman (22), and second in single season wins in the 191 pound weight class (19).

High School: Arrington qualified for the OSSAA State Tournament in 2022 and 2023. She made the Oklahoma All-State team while wrestling for Altus High School.
