OTTAWA, Kan. – The #11 Ottawa University women's wrestling team is headed to the Warrior Open in Fort Wayne, Indiana on Friday and Saturday.
The Braves defeated Friends on Senior Night, 26-21. Aynsley Fink won a 10-8 decision in the 110lb weight class over Anissa Robinson.
Kendall Martin,
Peyton Hand and
Emma Truex won by forfeit in their respective weight divisions.
Darby Weidl secured the Ottawa win with a pin against Alondra Guzman in the 160lb weight class.

Aynsley Fink is back in the rankings at #19 in the 110lb weight class.
Kendall Martin is 19
th in the 117lb weight division.
Peyton Hand moves up to 10
th in the 124lb weight class.
Livia Swift is 14
th in the 138lb weight division.
Leilani Caamal is ranked in the 145lb weight class at #19.
Darby Weidl is sixth in the 160lb weight division.
Kaylee Davis and
Ciera Hutton-Spieker are ranked in the 180lb weight class, Davis is 14
th and Hutton-Spieker is 20
th.
Hannah Jackson is sixth and
Kena Leonard is 11
th in the 207lb.
This will be the first time in program history that Ottawa has traveled to the Warrior Open in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
